As a result of the ongoing downturn in the UK housebuilding market, and despite considerable efforts over a sustained period of time to stabilise the business, it is proposed that a managed wind-down of the Scotframe business will now begin which would include its Cumbernauld manufacturing site.
This wind-down would take place across Q2 and Q3 of 2026, with the Cumbernauld site planned to close by the end of Q3 2026.
During this time, we will continue to support our existing customers and would like to thank them for their support for Scotframe over many years.
